Hosted by the Tranformative Practices research group at Manchester School of Art, Dr Violeta Tsenova and Dr Anaïs Carlton-Parada gave talks in response to the idea of designing countercultural heritage. Dr Tsenova and Dr Carlton-Parada's work in the field of design has centred on how we design in 'agonistic' or 'countering' ways and their talks play with the ideas that our Transformative Practices researchers have been considering implicitly and explicitly through their design research.
The talks were followed by a brief Q&A session hosted by Dr Philip Ely, Reader in Design at MMU.
